  9. 1. The #1 complaint about CD-ROM's is that they are over-priced. PsL is trying
  10. to do something about that problem. Our prices are marked up only a few
  11. dollars over our cost. (Don't worry - we've operated like this for years and
  12. done fine.)

  14. Other companies offer to "beat any advertised price". Doesn't this mean that
  15. unless you shop around, they are going to overcharge you? PsL gives you our
  16. best price to start with.

  18. 2. "Multimedia" means that a CD combines sounds, text, and graphics.
